PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
We've found that oven temperatures vary greatly. We suggest heating your dish for the minimum suggested time, then in 5 minute increments until just heated through to avoid overcooking. Times are based on a Family Box for 4. Increase heating time by 10-15 or more minutes for larger orders or when heating multiple items at once.
ENCHILADAS
- OVEN - Heat (covered) for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. (Tops are oven safe.)
- Remove from oven, top with sauce provided, & drizzle with herb olive oil.
- Let rest (uncovered) for 5 minutes before serving
TACOS
- STOVETOP - Heat in a nonstick skillet over medium flame until just heated through.

FAJITAS
- STOVETOP - Heat in a nonstick skillet over medium flame until just heated through.

RICE & BEANS
- OVEN - Heat (covered) for 30-35minutes at 350 degrees. (Tops are oven safe.)

QUESO
- STOVETOP - Pour into a saucepan & heat slowly, stirring until queso is heated through & creamy.

- MICROWAVE - Pour into a microwave safe bowl & heat on medium for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes.
- Stir & heat in 30 second increments as needed.
TORTILLAS
- STOVETOP - Heat in a hot skillet for 30 seconds per side. (recommended)

- MICROWAVE - Wrap in a moist towel & heat on high for 10-15 seconds per tortilla.
CHIPS
LOVE HOT, CRISP TORTILLA CHIPS AS MUCH AS WE DO?
- Toss them on a sheet pan & heat on 350 degrees for 3-5 minutes and enjoy immediately!
